Albir Beach

Bathed in crystal clear Mediterranean waters, the peaceful coast line of Alfaz Del Pi is an invitation to switch off and relax.

The nucleus of Alfaz is found is found 3km inland at the foot of the Sierra Helada mountains while at the same time its municipal area boasts 4km of coast line to which the well known beach of Albir is included with its crystal clear waters offering as well a relaxing atmosphere.

The front line of Alfaz Del Pi is made from a very attractive beach of pebbles and transparent waters which extend alongside a beautiful promenade stretching all the way through to Altea.

Apart from the typical turist attraction that the beach of Albir has to offer visitors can expect to find:

• Windsurf equipment rentals.
• Catamaran training schools.
• Scuba Diving Center.
• A yacht club center dedicating to rentls.

Along with all this there is a great all year round atmosphere with a large number of foreign residents who live on a permanent basis in the area.

Thanks to the shelter of the point known as Punta Bombarda and Sierra Helada the beach of Albir is an excellent place to practice all types of water sports activities.
